  • • Answer healthcare professionals' questions about indications, dosing, efficacy, safety, contraindications, and administration within approved labeling.
  • • Discuss pricing, coverage, and patient support options within approved guidelines.
  • • Tailor clinical messages to practice and patient needs using approved materials.
  • • Coordinate pricing and formulary discussions with market access or account teams.
  • • Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, contacts, and sample transactions.

  • • Manage a territory business plan to achieve sales targets, call activity, and coverage goals.
  • • Report adverse events and product quality complaints per pharmacovigilance procedures.
  • • Ensure all promotional activities comply with FDA, OPDP, PhRMA, and company guidelines.
  • • Monitor competitor products, market trends, and clinical developments.
  • • Prepare and submit requests for samples, promotional materials, and speaker programs.
  • • Facilitate product orders through authorized distributors, specialty pharmacies, or wholesalers as appropriate.
  • • Track shipments and verify product availability to prevent treatment interruptions.

  • • Educate customers on storage, handling, REMS requirements, and safety information as applicable.
  • • Support formulary access by supplying approved clinical and pharmacoeconomic materials to appropriate stakeholders.
  • • Launch and manage territory campaigns to drive adoption within target accounts.
  • • Maintain required certifications, compliance training, and documentation.
  • • Manage territory budgets for events, sampling, and travel within policy.
  • • Conduct virtual details and use digital tools to engage customers remotely.
  • • Route off-label questions to Medical Information or medical science liaisons per policy.
  • • Identify and qualify new targets using data analysis, referrals, and professional networks.
  • • Attend sales meetings, congresses, and educational programs to stay current on clinical data and regulations.
