  • • Respond to media requests or route inquiries to the appropriate spokesperson.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and influencers.
  • • Pitch story ideas and negotiate coverage, interviews, and placements.
  • • Arrange interviews, press conferences, panels, signings, or appearances to boost visibility.
  • • Develop client-specific publicity strategies aligned with goals and target audiences.
  • • Advise clients and leaders on public sentiment, trends, and messaging implications.
  • • Coordinate with marketing, social, and advertising teams to align campaigns and assets.
  • • Media-train clients and prepare talking points, Q&As, and key messages.
  • • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media alerts, bios, and backgrounders.
  • • Prepare and deliver remarks or talking points for events and broadcasts.
  • • Organize media tours, press junkets, premieres, and red-carpet logistics.
  • • Manage crisis communications plans and rapid response to emerging issues.
  • • Monitor media coverage and social chatter; compile reports and clipbooks for clients.
  • • Maintain press lists, editorial calendars, and outreach trackers.
  • • Secure product placements, reviews, and influencer partnerships when appropriate.
  • • Manage online press rooms and update website and social channels with news.
  • • Coordinate embargoes, exclusives, and timing of announcements.
  • • Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations.
