  • • Provide personal shopping and closet edits to build versatile, on-brand outfits.
  • • Coach clients in body language, etiquette, and on-camera presence.
  • • Conduct mock interviews and speaking drills to improve delivery and confidence.
  • • Collaborate with stylists, tailors, hair and makeup artists, photographers, and designers.
  • • Coordinate professional headshots and branding photoshoots for visual consistency.
  • • Curate and update bios, headshots, and social media profiles to reflect the brand.
  • • Monitor public feedback and social listening to evaluate image perception.
  • • Advise on trend relevance, cultural sensitivity, and dress codes for specific contexts.
  • • Develop talking points, elevator pitches, and key messages for self-introduction.
  • • Partner with PR and marketing teams to align image with campaigns and content.
  • • Prepare clients for crisis or sensitive situations with appearance and messaging guidance.
  • • Manage budgets and procure wardrobe, accessories, and grooming services.
  • • Create maintenance plans and calendars for ongoing image upkeep and content refreshes.
