Description
Coordinate day-to-day public relations activities to build and protect a positive public image for clients or the organization, supporting media relations, content development, events, and reporting across traditional and social channels.
  • • Field and route media inquiries; schedule interviews with approved spokespersons.
  • • Maintain media lists and cultivate relationships with reporters and community groups.
  • • Coordinate with creative and production teams to develop PR collateral and promos.
  • • Plan logistics for press events, appearances, and sponsorships.
  • • Research organizational goals and audiences to support PR strategy development.
  • • Compile trend and sentiment insights for managers and advise on messaging.
  • • Liaise with agencies and vendors to execute multi-channel campaigns.
  • • Prepare briefing documents and coordinate media coaching for client representatives.
  • • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media alerts, and pitches.
  • • Draft talking points and remarks; support speech scheduling and delivery.
  • • Traffic advertising placements and submit purchase requests as needed.
  • • Support surveys or opinion research; analyze and share topline results.
  • • Monitor issues and help coordinate responses during crises or incidents.
  • • Produce materials highlighting environmental, safety, or social impact initiatives.
  • • Maintain the newsroom, website, and social channels; publish timely updates.
  • • Prepare and edit newsletters, fact sheets, and stakeholder reports.
  • • Track coverage, compile clip books, and report PR KPIs and insights.
  • • Manage PR calendars, budgets, and invoices; maintain approval workflows.
