Description
Plan, create, and deliver internal communications that inform and engage employees, align them with organizational goals, and strengthen culture. Manage channels, craft leadership messaging, support change initiatives, and measure effectiveness.
- • Manage employee-facing channels, including the intranet, email, enterprise social platforms, and digital signage.
- • Draft and edit internal announcements, memos, FAQs, newsletters, scripts, and talking points.
- • Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and business leaders to align messaging with policies, programs, and strategy.
- • Field employee inquiries and route questions to subject-matter experts; manage internal communications inboxes.
- • Plan and execute town halls, webcasts, AMAs, and site events; brief and prep speakers.
- • Advise executives and managers on communication approaches and coach them on cascade communications.
- • Develop and implement communication plans for change initiatives, reorganizations, and product or program launches.
- • Create content that supports culture, values, DEI, safety, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- • Coordinate internal crisis and incident communications to provide timely updates and guidance.
- • Conduct pulse surveys, focus groups, and channel analytics; report insights and recommendations.
- • Maintain internal brand voice, style, and editorial standards across all content.
- • Collaborate with creative, video, and IT teams to produce multimedia content and ensure channel readiness.
- • Segment and localize messages for specific audiences, regions, or functions.
- • Manage editorial calendars, content pipelines, and approval workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- • Track campaign KPIs and channel performance; optimize content and timing based on data.
- • Support executive communications for strategy updates, earnings context, and organizational performance.
- • Plan and communicate policy updates, benefits changes, and key HR programs.
- • Source and publish employee stories and recognition features to boost engagement.
