Description
Shape and manage an organization's internal and external communications to protect and enhance corporate reputation. Develop and deliver executive messaging, media materials, and digital content, and lead issues and crisis communications aligned to business strategy.
  • • Respond to media inquiries or route them to appropriate spokespeople.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with media, employees, community, and other stakeholders.
  • • Partner with creative and production teams to produce corporate announcements, videos, and town halls.
  • • Plan and coordinate executive appearances, thought leadership events, and corporate programs.
  • • Assess business goals and stakeholder needs to develop integrated corporate communications strategies.
  • • Advise leadership on emerging issues, trends, and stakeholder concerns that may affect reputation.
  • • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and agencies to align paid, owned, and earned communications.
  • • Coach executives and subject matter experts for media interviews and employee communications.
  • • Draft speeches, talking points, op-eds, and executive messages.
  • • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and Q&A documents.
  • • Manage the corporate newsroom, website, intranet, and social media content calendars.
  • • Develop and execute crisis and issues communication plans, including incident response.
  • • Lead communications for ESG, CSR, and public safety initiatives.
  • • Coordinate corporate reputation campaigns and thought leadership programs across channels.
  • • Prepare and edit internal publications, newsletters, and employee communications.
  • • Support investor relations and financial communications in partnership with finance teams.
  • • Monitor media coverage, social sentiment, and competitive narratives; report insights and KPIs.
  • • Manage budgets, vendors, and agencies that support communications programs.
