- • Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, availability, uses, and payment terms.
- • Recommend solutions based on customers’ needs and interests.
- • Prospect and contact leads and existing accounts to present offerings and solicit orders.
- • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, terms, warranties, and delivery timelines.
- • Follow up after sales or contract execution to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
- • Create tailored estimates, proposals, and bids to meet customer requirements.
- • Provide samples, demos, and product literature to customers.
- • Identify prospects through directories, referrals, networking, and industry events or trade shows.
- • Coordinate delivery, installation, or service activation with operations and partners.
- • Monitor market trends, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales tactics.
- • Handle administrative tasks such as forecasting, reporting, CRM updates, and expense tracking.
- • Obtain and evaluate credit information for prospective customers.

- • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- • Plan or advise on merchandising, displays, promotional programs, and advertising with retail partners.
