Execute in-person marketing and brand promotion for products across retail and community venues. Requires strong product knowledge and on-site relationship building to drive awareness, trial, and demand.
- • Educate consumers and retail staff on product features, pricing, availability, and uses during store visits and events.
- • Recommend products and promotions based on shopper needs and local audience insights.
- • Visit assigned stores, venues, and community events to demo products, explain features, and drive trial and leads.
- • Communicate current promotions and pricing; route quote or order requests to the sales or account team.
- • Support retailers after activations by resolving on-site issues and coordinating follow-ups with internal teams.
- • Develop simple activation plans, event proposals, and schedules tailored to local opportunities.
- • Distribute samples, coupons, and branded materials; set up and maintain point-of-sale materials and signage.
- • Identify high-traffic locations and partner venues using local networks, events calendars, and community organizations.
- • Coordinate logistics for demos and events, including product, equipment, permits, and vendor setup.
- • Audit competitive activity, shelf conditions, pricing, and consumer trends; share insights with marketing and sales.
- • Complete event recaps, photo audits, lead lists, and expense reports; track KPIs and budgets.
- • Capture qualified leads and contact details, ensuring compliance with privacy and brand guidelines.
- • Submit merchandising requests and replenishment needs to supply or sales teams.
- • Conduct retail audits to verify inventory and facings; coordinate replenishment or transfers as needed.
- • Build and optimize in-store displays and secondary placements; recommend local promotions and advertising.
- • Negotiate with store managers for preferred placement, end caps, demos, and signage approvals.
- • Maintain activation calendars, route sheets, and compliance documents for field activities.
- • Manage on-site promotional budgets, secure approvals, and reconcile vendor invoices.
