Description
Provide vocational counseling and case management to individuals with disabilities to achieve competitive integrated employment and greater independence. Assess needs, develop Individualized Plans for Employment, coordinate evaluations and training, secure accommodations, and place and retain clients through employer outreach and ongoing support.
