Run the retail operations of an online-only business, including strategy, merchandise sourcing, inventory management, digital marketing, order fulfillment and shipping, customer service, and financial recordkeeping.
  • • Maintain customer account databases and CRM records.
  • • Participate in online forums and conferences to stay current on eCommerce trends, techniques, and security threats.
  • • Upload product photos and videos to storefronts, marketplaces, and auction sites.
  • • Order merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • • Register and manage domain names and URLs.
