  • • Track industry forums and webinars to stay current on e-commerce analytics, tools, and privacy trends.
  • • Audit product media performance (photos, video) and recommend optimizations for conversion.
  • • Forecast demand and recommend purchasing and inventory targets.
  • • Monitor fulfillment KPIs (stockouts, backorders, ship times) and flag issues.
  • • Analyze omnichannel performance and recommend online-to-offline integration strategies.
  • • Conduct pricing and elasticity analysis; recommend price changes and promotions.
  • • Define and document metric definitions, policies, and methodologies for transparency.

  • • Run A/B and multivariate tests with UX to improve storefront UI and flows.
  • • Analyze customer feedback and support tickets to surface friction points.
  • • Test and analyze the impact of product content (images, video, copy) on sales.
  • • Model pricing, tax, shipping, and margin scenarios to guide decisions.
  • • Monitor payment authorization rates, declines, chargebacks, and fraud indicators.
  • • Use SEO and CRO insights to optimize PDP metadata and on-page elements.
  • • Recommend assortment changes based on sales velocity, profitability, and demand.
  • • Provide data-driven guidance to improve product descriptions and attributes.
  • • Produce dashboards and insights on sales, revenue, CAC, LTV, and profitability.
