Description
Operate the front desk of a law office by greeting visitors, managing multi-line phones and calendars, routing mail and legal correspondence, processing basic forms and deliveries, and providing routine clerical support using legal terminology and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- • Greet clients and visitors, verify identification, and notify attorneys or staff.
