Description
Coordinate legal workflows, documentation, and case logistics for attorneys and legal teams. Prepare and e-file legal documents and correspondence; manage calendars, deadlines, and communications with courts, clients, and vendors; maintain matter records; and support research, discovery, and billing activities.
  • • Coordinate preparation, proofreading, and e-filing of pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
  • • Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and docket updates.
  • • Schedule and facilitate client meetings, hearings, depositions, and conferences.
  • • Handle inbound and outbound communications with courts, clients, witnesses, and vendors.
  • • Arrange service of process and delivery of legal documents.
  • • Maintain matter files, document management systems, and law library resources.
  • • Collect and organize records and discovery materials from clients and third parties.
  • • Attend meetings or proceedings and record minutes and action items.
  • • Conduct basic legal research and database searches; compile citations and authorities.
  • • Prepare exhibit lists, binders, and hearing or trial notebooks.
  • • Draft office memoranda and standard forms; route for attorney review and approval.
  • • Track expenses, prepare invoices, and coordinate e-billing submissions.
  • • Make travel and logistical arrangements for attorneys and witnesses.
  • • Ensure compliance with court rules, filing requirements, and confidentiality policies.
