Description
Oversee the day-to-day business operations of a law firm, managing administrative staff, budgets, billing, records, technology, and facilities. Establish policies and workflows that support attorneys, ensure compliance with legal and ethical procedures, and maintain efficient client service.
- • Manage daily office operations, facilities, and supply procurement.
- • Supervise, hire, train, and schedule administrative and support staff.
- • Develop, document, and enforce office policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
