Description
Assist in delivering recreation programs and operating facilities. Schedule and monitor use of spaces, issue and maintain equipment, support activities and events, provide customer service, and ensure a safe, clean environment.
- • Provide information about programs, facilities, schedules, and rules.
- • Register participants and process fees, passes, or memberships.
- • Record attendance, reservations, payments, and incident or maintenance logs.
- • Monitor activities for safety and rule compliance; address issues or escalate.
- • Follow and communicate emergency and evacuation procedures.
