Description
Assist guests in an arcade by operating, monitoring, and maintaining games; load play cards or tokens; redeem prizes; handle cash and POS transactions; and ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment. May schedule party rooms or group events and perform minor game maintenance.
- • Provide information about arcade games, specials, and house rules.
- • Record game card sales, receipts, redemptions, reservations, and maintenance logs.
- • Monitor gameplay to enforce rules and safety; escalate or remove unruly patrons.
- • Sell and load game cards or tokens and collect fees.
- • Operate the prize redemption counter; count tickets or points and assist with prize selection.
- • Follow shut-down and emergency evacuation procedures.
- • Clean and sanitize games, controllers, prize counter, and common areas.
