Description
Assist patrons at live events by greeting guests, checking tickets, guiding seating, distributing programs, enforcing house rules, and providing assistance during emergencies and to guests with special needs.
- • Support guests with special needs, including wheelchair access.
- • Resolve seating disputes and escalate issues when necessary.
- • Monitor aisles and exits to maintain clear pathways.
- • Greet and welcome patrons upon arrival.
- • Check tickets or passes and direct patrons to assigned seats.
