Description
Support smooth guest experiences at events by greeting attendees, verifying tickets or credentials, directing traffic flow and seating, assisting with accessibility needs, answering questions, and helping with safety, lost-and-found, and basic venue operations.
  • • Search for lost items and coordinate lost-and-found.
  • • Distribute programs, wristbands, or promotional materials.
  • • Greet and welcome attendees.
  • • Scan or collect tickets, passes, or mobile credentials.
  • • Verify ticket authenticity, dates, and access levels.
  • • Direct guests to seats, sections, or event zones.
  • • Provide wayfinding to restrooms, concessions, and amenities.
  • • Assist guests with special needs, including ADA seating and wheelchairs.
  • • Manage queues and maintain orderly crowd flow.
  • • Enforce venue policies and safety rules.
  • • Provide instructions and guide evacuations during emergencies.

  • • Support merchandise sales and basic inventory counts.
  • • Assist concessions or refreshment service during peak periods.
  • • Record and reconcile ticket counts or scan totals.
  • • Page or contact individuals via radio or public address.
  • • Maintain cleanliness and tidy assigned areas.
  • • Set up, update, or remove advertising and promotional displays.
  • • Assist with usher or volunteer coordination and shift check-ins.
