Description
Advise public and private clients on land use, zoning, and development, and deliver comprehensive plans, policies, and studies for cities, regions, and major projects.
- • Design, evaluate, and administer client planning policies and programs for land use, zoning, utilities, housing, and transportation.
- • Prepare recommendations for client approval, modification, or denial of development proposals.
- • Produce graphic and narrative reports, maps, and dashboards summarizing land use and demographic data.
- • Advise clients and decision-makers on project feasibility, cost-effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and alternatives.
- • Conduct fieldwork, surveys, and impact studies to analyze economic, social, regulatory, and physical factors.
- • Facilitate scoping sessions with officials and clients to define goals for transportation, conservation, and development projects.

- • Build and manage GIS maps, models, and spatial databases.
- • Maintain organized project files, datasets, and documentation.
- • Compile and synthesize information from maps, reports, and investigations for deliverables and proposals.
- • Manage stakeholder inquiries and respond to community feedback on behalf of clients.
