Plan, finance, and coordinate housing development programs and projects to meet community needs and policy goals, guiding initiatives from feasibility and site selection through funding, entitlements, design, construction, and compliance for cities and regions.
- • Design, promote, or administer housing programs, policies, and incentives, including zoning tools, inclusionary housing, density bonuses, or tax abatements.
- • Prepare and evaluate project pro formas, feasibility analyses, and financing plans, including LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, or bonds.
- • Recommend approval, denial, or conditional approval of housing proposals, entitlements, or funding awards.
- • Compile and present reports, maps, and dashboards on housing supply, affordability, and development pipelines.
- • Advise officials on project feasibility, cost-effectiveness, regulatory conformance, or alternatives.
