Plan and implement community development and neighborhood revitalization initiatives, aligning land use, housing, infrastructure, and economic programs with community needs, funding requirements, and equitable outcomes.
- • Design, promote, and administer community development plans and policies for housing, neighborhood infrastructure, community facilities, and land use.
- • Recommend approval, denial, or conditions for community development proposals, grants, and permits.
- • Prepare maps and reports integrating demographic, housing, and neighborhood indicators to support plans and funding applications.
