Description
Lead the organization's learning strategy and operations, directing teams, programs, and technologies that build workforce capabilities and ensure compliance.
  • • Define enterprise learning strategy aligned with business goals.
  • • Oversee onboarding and on-the-job learning for new hires.
  • • Establish evaluation frameworks and KPIs; review instructor and program effectiveness.
  • • Set assessment standards, testing, and evaluation procedures.
  • • Drive ongoing technical, professional, and leadership development.
  • • Partner with executives and HR to identify capability gaps using data and surveys.
  • • Direct the design, curation, and governance of learning content and materials.
  • • Architect blended learning solutions and oversee learning technologies (LMS/LXP, content tools).
  • • Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and policy compliance for all learning programs.
  • • Build facilitator capability and coach managers to support a learning culture.
  • • Manage external providers, universities, and vendors; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
  • • Own the learning and development budget, resource planning, and portfolio prioritization.
