Lead the organization's learning strategy and operations, directing teams, programs, and technologies that build workforce capabilities and ensure compliance.
- • Define enterprise learning strategy aligned with business goals.
- • Oversee onboarding and on-the-job learning for new hires.
- • Establish evaluation frameworks and KPIs; review instructor and program effectiveness.
- • Set assessment standards, testing, and evaluation procedures.
- • Drive ongoing technical, professional, and leadership development.
- • Partner with executives and HR to identify capability gaps using data and surveys.
- • Direct the design, curation, and governance of learning content and materials.
- • Architect blended learning solutions and oversee learning technologies (LMS/LXP, content tools).

- • Manage external providers, universities, and vendors; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
