- • Design assessments, certifications, and evaluation methods to measure learning impact.
- • Deliver or source ongoing technical, compliance, and professional development learning.
- • Partner with leaders to assess capability gaps using surveys, data, and workforce plans.
- • Develop and curate learning content, toolkits, and multimedia assets; maintain quality and accessibility standards.
