Plan, direct, and coordinate employee development strategies, programs, and staff to enhance skills, performance, and career growth across the organization.
  • • Lead new-hire onboarding and orientation, including role-based development plans.
  • • Evaluate facilitators, coaches, and programs; report effectiveness and improvements.
  • • Develop competency models, assessments, and evaluation procedures.
  • • Coordinate ongoing technical, soft-skill, and leadership development for employees.
  • • Partner with executives, HR, and managers to identify capability gaps and priorities.
  • • Create and curate learning content, toolkits, and digital resources.
  • • Design blended learning pathways using classroom, virtual, on-the-job, mentoring, and workshops.
  • • Analyze learning data and feedback to enhance programs and career paths.
  • • Ensure programs and credentials meet policy, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • • Train managers and mentors in coaching, feedback, and development planning.
  • • Manage vendors and partnerships with universities, platforms, and community programs.
  • • Develop and manage the employee development budget and track ROI.
