- • Lead new-hire onboarding and orientation, including role-based development plans.
- • Evaluate facilitators, coaches, and programs; report effectiveness and improvements.
- • Develop competency models, assessments, and evaluation procedures.
- • Coordinate ongoing technical, soft-skill, and leadership development for employees.
- • Partner with executives, HR, and managers to identify capability gaps and priorities.
- • Create and curate learning content, toolkits, and digital resources.
- • Design blended learning pathways using classroom, virtual, on-the-job, mentoring, and workshops.
- • Analyze learning data and feedback to enhance programs and career paths.
- • Ensure programs and credentials meet policy, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
- • Train managers and mentors in coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- • Manage vendors and partnerships with universities, platforms, and community programs.
- • Develop and manage the employee development budget and track ROI.
