Plan, direct, and coordinate workforce development programs, staff, partnerships, and funding to align training with labor market demand and improve employment outcomes.
- • Oversee participant outreach, intake, eligibility, and orientation processes.
- • Evaluate training providers, instructors, and program outcomes; implement improvements.
- • Develop skills assessment, testing, credentialing, and outcomes evaluation procedures.
