Description
Monitor and analyze CCTV and other electronic security systems to detect threats, verify alarms, and coordinate response. Operate video management platforms, control remote access, and maintain detailed logs and evidence while supporting emergency communications.

- • Acknowledge electronic alarms and verify events via video and sensor data.
- • Dispatch on-site guards or first responders and provide real-time updates.
- • Verify credentials and authorize entry via intercom and video; control remote access points.
- • Document daily activities and incidents; time-stamp and bookmark relevant footage.
- • Notify police, fire, or EMS during emergencies per escalation protocols.
- • Answer control room phones and radios; field inquiries and relay information.
- • Issue remote audio warnings through speakers or intercom to deter violations.
- • Operate video management systems, NVR/DVRs, and PTZ camera controls.
- • Review recorded footage upon request and export clips while preserving chain of custody.
- • Conduct routine health checks of cameras, recorders, and alarm interfaces; report faults.
- • Monitor system dashboards for tampering, outages, or analytics alerts and coordinate service.
- • Remotely lock or unlock doors and conduct after-hours camera-based security checks.
