Description
Coordinate and execute real estate transactions for a brokerage or commercial real estate team, including market research, listing and marketing, due diligence, and documentation. Facilitate sales, leases, and financing while ensuring compliance with laws, contracts, and company policies.
  • • List, market, and facilitate the sale or lease of properties on behalf of owners and landlords.
  • • Secure listing or representation agreements from property owners and landlords.
  • • Track contract contingencies, deposits, and deadlines to drive timely closings.
  • • Prepare comparative market analyses and valuation summaries using recent sales and rents.
  • • Support negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants on price, terms, and closing details.
  • • Create and maintain property listings, marketing collateral, and availability databases.
  • • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate law, zoning, fair housing, mortgages, and local market trends.
  • • Review work products from lenders, attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, and title or escrow for accuracy.
  • • Coordinate buyer financing options, lender referrals, and required documentation.
  • • Produce broker price opinions and income/expense analyses; coordinate third-party appraisals.
  • • Research zoning, tax assessments, permitting, and area growth factors affecting a property.
  • • Support office operations, CRM data quality, and complete transaction files.
  • • Provide transaction support and guidance to agents and clients throughout the process.
  • • Facilitate tenant placement and lease administration, including screening and lease execution.
  • • Order and review title commitments and surveys; coordinate resolution of title issues.
  • • Deliver virtual and in-person property tours and coordinate showings.
  • • Coordinate due diligence activities, including inspections, surveys, and environmental reviews.
