Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties under the supervision of a licensed broker. Market listings, show properties, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate transactions through closing while complying with real estate and fair housing laws.
  • • List and market properties for sale or lease on behalf of owners.
  • • Secure signed listing agreements and required disclosures from sellers and landlords.
  • • Conduct comparative market analyses to price listings and advise buyers.
  • • Prepare and present purchase or lease offers and counteroffers.
  • • Negotiate price, terms, and contingencies between parties through closing.
  • • Create and update MLS and online listings with photos, descriptions, and financing information.
  • • Guide clients through contract timelines, contingencies, and required documents.
  • • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title or escrow services, and closing activities.
  • • Educate clients on mortgage types and programs and refer them to lenders.
  • • Maintain current knowledge of real estate law, fair housing, local market trends, and government programs.
  • • Host open houses, private showings, and virtual or video tours.
  • • Verify property details and disclosures for accuracy and required compliance.
  • • Prospect for new clients, manage leads, and maintain a client database or CRM.
  • • Assist landlords with tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
  • • Facilitate earnest money and escrow deposits per brokerage procedures.
  • • Collaborate with the supervising broker and follow brokerage policies and state regulations.
