Description
Develop, negotiate, and administer real estate purchase, sale, lease, and service contracts for a real estate office or commercial firm. Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, coordinate financing and due diligence, and support closings.
- • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for real property.
- • Prepare and secure listing, representation, and engagement agreements with owners and clients.
- • Track milestones and enforce fulfillment of contract terms, contingencies, and deadlines.
- • Analyze market comparables and deal metrics to validate pricing and rent assumptions in contracts.

- • Advise and train agents and brokers on contract strategy, clauses, and standard forms.
- • Draft, negotiate, and administer commercial and residential lease agreements and amendments.
- • Order and evaluate title commitments, surveys, and lien searches; coordinate resolution of title defects.
- • Provide stakeholders with contract status updates, reports, and virtual review sessions.
- • Ensure environmental, insurance, and other due-diligence deliverables satisfy contractual and regulatory requirements.
