Oversee real estate transactions and brokerage operations as a licensed broker. Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants; list, market, sell, or lease property; coordinate financing, negotiations, and closings.
  • • List properties for owners for a commission.
  • • Secure exclusive listing agreements from property owners.
  • • Prepare comparative market analyses to set competitive prices.
  • • Market properties and generate listings with details and financing options using MLS/CRM tools.
  • • Represent clients and negotiate purchase, sale, or lease terms through closing.
  • • Monitor contract contingencies and deadlines to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • • Arrange and coordinate buyer financing options and referrals.
  • • Review work from lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and title companies for accuracy.
  • • Order and review title searches and resolve title issues.
  • • Estimate property values and assess income potential for investments.
  • • Maintain current knowledge of real estate law, fair housing, mortgages, programs, and local markets.
  • • Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, tax rules, environmental, and disclosure requirements.
  • • Manage brokerage operations, budgets, trust accounts, and regulatory records.
  • • Recruit, train, and supervise sales agents and support staff.
  • • Lease properties and oversee property management activities when applicable.
  • • Provide in-person and virtual property tours to prospective buyers or tenants.
