Manage performance, risk, and transactions for a diversified real estate portfolio on behalf of owners and investors. Lead asset strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and reporting to maximize returns and ensure compliance.
- • Execute asset business plans to maximize NOI and value.
- • Manage acquisitions and dispositions to meet return goals.
- • Source and underwrite deals; build pro formas and return models.
- • Oversee due diligence and closing checklists for transactions.
- • Negotiate LOIs, PSAs, leases, and partner agreements.
- • Arrange and manage debt and equity financing, including refinancings.
- • Analyze market comps, rents, and operating benchmarks to set strategy.
- • Coordinate property managers, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and consultants.
- • Monitor lease-up, tenant retention, rent collections, and delinquencies.
- • Track portfolio KPIs, budgets, capex plans, and variances using dashboards.
- • Approve and prioritize capital projects and value-add initiatives.
- • Maintain expertise in real estate law, capital markets, zoning, taxes, and programs.
- • Review appraisals, title, surveys, and environmental or engineering reports.
- • Ensure compliance with environmental, ESG, safety, and reporting requirements.
- • Prepare investor reports, portfolio reviews, and presentations.
- • Manage risk, insurance coverage, and reserve policies across assets.
- • Build and mentor the asset management team and align partners.
