Manage performance, risk, and transactions for a diversified real estate portfolio on behalf of owners and investors. Lead asset strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and reporting to maximize returns and ensure compliance.
  • • Execute asset business plans to maximize NOI and value.
  • • Manage acquisitions and dispositions to meet return goals.
  • • Source and underwrite deals; build pro formas and return models.
  • • Oversee due diligence and closing checklists for transactions.
  • • Negotiate LOIs, PSAs, leases, and partner agreements.
  • • Arrange and manage debt and equity financing, including refinancings.
  • • Analyze market comps, rents, and operating benchmarks to set strategy.
  • • Coordinate property managers, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and consultants.
  • • Monitor lease-up, tenant retention, rent collections, and delinquencies.
  • • Track portfolio KPIs, budgets, capex plans, and variances using dashboards.
  • • Approve and prioritize capital projects and value-add initiatives.
  • • Maintain expertise in real estate law, capital markets, zoning, taxes, and programs.
  • • Review appraisals, title, surveys, and environmental or engineering reports.
  • • Ensure compliance with environmental, ESG, safety, and reporting requirements.
  • • Prepare investor reports, portfolio reviews, and presentations.
  • • Manage risk, insurance coverage, and reserve policies across assets.
  • • Build and mentor the asset management team and align partners.
