Description
Perform administrative and dermatology-specific clinical duties under the supervision of a dermatologist. Administrative work includes scheduling, patient intake, maintaining dermatology records and photos, insurance billing/coding, and medication prior authorizations. Clinical duties include rooming patients, taking vitals and dermatologic histories, preparing for skin exams and procedures, assisting with biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and phototherapy, collecting and processing specimens, wound care, and administering medications as directed.
