Plan, lead, and coordinate engineering projects from initiation through delivery, aligning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resources across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- • Define project scope, requirements, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- • Develop integrated project plans, WBS, schedules, and milestones.
- • Coordinate and integrate cross-functional engineering activities across the lifecycle.
