Determine destinations, modes, dates, costs, and special requirements; curate exclusive itineraries and experiences. Secure reservations, provide discreet 24/7 support, and resolve travel issues while safeguarding privacy.
  • • Consult with VIP clients or executive assistants to define destinations, dates, preferences, budgets, and privacy/security needs.
  • • Price and compare premium air, private aviation, and luxury accommodation options, maximizing value and loyalty benefits.
  • • Secure complex reservations across flights, charters, hotels, villas, yachts, and ground transfers via GDS and concierge networks.
  • • Design and arrange bespoke itineraries and exclusive experiences, including meet-and-greet, fast-track services, and private guides.
  • • Monitor trips in real time, manage changes and disruptions 24/7, and resolve issues discreetly.
  • • Coordinate visas, entry requirements, special requests, travel insurance, and risk advisories.
  • • Process payments, deposits, and reconciliations; protect client data; maintain detailed profiles and preferences under NDA.
  • • Prepare and deliver polished digital itineraries, confirmations, e-tickets, and briefing packs to clients and support teams.
