  • • Collect payment for vacation travel, tours, and add-ons.
  • • Consult with clients to determine destinations, dates, budgets, preferences, and required accommodations and activities.
  • • Price vacation options and packages using GDS, supplier portals, and online booking tools.
  • • Book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and transfers; secure confirmations and vouchers.
  • • Plan, describe, and sell customized itineraries, escorted tours, cruises, and promotional offers; recommend travel insurance and add-ons.
  • • Provide destination guidance, entry requirements, and travel documents; share brochures and digital resources.
  • • Issue e-tickets and travel documents; manage changes, cancellations, and rebooking as needed.
  • • Maintain client profiles, preferences, and trip records; coordinate with suppliers and follow up after travel.
