Description
Design and sell customized trips to assigned destinations using deep local expertise. Consult with clients to match experiences, dates, and budgets; arrange transportation, lodging, tours, and ground services; advise on entry requirements and resolve travel issues.
  • • Collect deposits and final payments for destination packages and services.
  • • Consult with clients to define destination preferences, travel dates, budgets, and desired experiences.
  • • Price complete itineraries using booking systems, supplier contracts, and package rates.
  • • Book air, ground transport, lodging, guides, and activities with preferred destination partners.
  • • Design, present, and sell customized itineraries and promotional offers for assigned destinations.
  • • Provide destination briefings, cultural tips, visa/entry guidance, and curated recommendations; assist with travel disruptions.
  • • Issue or request tickets, vouchers, and confirmations via GDS or supplier portals.
  • • Maintain client, supplier, and itinerary records; update destination product information.
