Description
Design, price, and sell escorted and independent tour packages for clients. Determine destinations, schedules, transportation, lodging, and activities; coordinate with tour operators, guides, and attractions. Provide pre-trip information, process payments and documents, and assist with changes or issues before and during tours.
- • Collect payment for tour packages, optional excursions, and travel insurance.
- • Consult with clients to determine destinations, tour style, dates, budget, and accommodation and activity preferences.
- • Prepare quotes by calculating tour pricing, inclusions, and upgrades using booking systems and operator tariffs.
- • Book tour components - transportation, hotels, activities, admissions, and meals - via GDS, supplier portals, or phone.
- • Assemble, describe, and sell escorted or independent itineraries and promotional tour offers.
- • Provide tour documents and pre-trip information on schedules, packing, local customs, visas, and health or entry regulations.
- • Issue or request vouchers, tickets, and confirmations; manage changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- • Maintain client, supplier, and booking records; coordinate with guides and vendors and resolve issues during tours.
