Description
Plan and sell international transportation and accommodations for individuals and groups. Design and price multi-country itineraries; advise on passports, visas, health requirements, and foreign regulations. Book and ticket travel, provide destination guidance, and assist with disruptions across time zones.
- • Collect payment and process international taxes, fees, and currency conversions.
- • Consult with clients to determine destinations, travel dates, budgets, and accommodation needs for overseas trips.
- • Construct and quote international fares and package costs using GDS and carrier tariffs with currency conversion.
- • Book global air, rail, car, and hotel reservations via GDS or supplier systems.
- • Plan, describe, and sell multi-country itineraries, tours, and stopovers, including transfers and scheduling across time zones.
- • Advise on passports, visas, vaccinations, customs regulations, and travel advisories for destination countries.
- • Issue, reissue, and exchange e-tickets and vouchers; coordinate refunds per airline and IATA rules.
- • Maintain client profiles, vendor relationships, and trip records; support rebooking during travel disruptions.
