Description
Advise, design, and deliver training and development solutions for clients to improve workforce skills and organizational performance. Conduct needs assessments, recommend strategies, manage implementations, and evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
- • Propose and pilot alternative training methods when outcomes fall short.
- • Keep up with learning and development and industry developments by reading journals, books, and articles.
- • Facilitate workshops using varied methods, such as simulations, role plays, discussions, videos, or lectures.
- • Coordinate class schedules with clients, venues, equipment providers, and instructors.
- • Deliver targeted training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.
- • Monitor and evaluate training activities and document program effectiveness.
- • Attend client meetings and industry events to gather input and report training program status.
- • Advise on and support recruitment and placement of training program participants.
- • Review and evaluate training materials developed by client teams or vendors.
- • Conduct needs assessments via surveys, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations.
- • Recommend, source, and coordinate instructors or facilitators.
- • Design leadership and high-potential development programs.
- • Negotiate engagement scope, deliverables, fees, and expenses to meet desired outcomes.
- • Recommend referrals for job placement support or related services when appropriate.
- • Develop or implement training on efficiency, sustainability, or other environmental topics.
- • Evaluate delivery modes (in person, virtual, blended) to optimize effectiveness, cost, and environmental impact.
- • Design, plan, and implement orientation and training programs for employees or customers.
- • Develop, customize, and organize manuals, guides, and course materials.
- • Estimate and track training budgets and provide ROI and cost-justification reports.
- • Assess and coach instructors or recommend skill development as needed.
