Advise customers on solar solutions by assessing energy needs and sites, recommending systems and financing, preparing proposals, and guiding them through purchase and installation.
  • • Facilitate contract execution and order processing in CRM.
  • • Generate and qualify solar leads through referrals, events, and digital outreach.
  • • Gather utility data and site details to identify customer energy needs.
  • • Conduct remote or on-site assessments using tape measures, compass apps, photos, and modeling software.
  • • Select and size solar systems based on load, roof conditions, shading, and budget.
  • • Model solar production and savings considering climate, orientation, and shading.
  • • Prepare customized proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations.
  • • Explain incentives, tax credits, financing, warranties, and funding options.
  • • Create bundled energy solutions, such as storage, EV charging, or efficiency upgrades.
  • • Review preliminary designs, specifications, and equipment lists with project teams.
  • • Provide clear technical education on solar technology, equipment, and performance monitoring.
  • • Coordinate site surveys, permits, and installation timelines with installers.
  • • Plan and report on outreach and territory strategies, pipeline health, and forecasts.
