Description
Lead the organization's sales strategy and execution to drive revenue across channels and regions. Define territories, quotas, pricing frameworks, and training programs, and oversee regional leaders and sales operations to ensure effective distribution and account acquisition. Use analytics and forecasting to guide pipeline, capacity, and inventory needs, and align with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to meet customer demand and preferences.
- • Set revenue targets, territories, and quotas across regions and segments.
- • Lead and mentor regional and national sales managers and their teams.
- • Build and execute go-to-market plans with Marketing and Product.
- • Establish pricing, discount, and deal approval governance.

- • Monitor customer and market trends to prioritize segments and offerings.
- • Engage with strategic customers to shape solutions and close high impact deals.
- • Resolve escalated customer and partner issues to protect revenue and satisfaction.
- • Develop channel strategies and enable distributors, resellers, and alliances.
- • Own sales budget, headcount planning, and expense control.
- • Recruit, train, and coach sales leaders and implement enablement and performance programs.
- • Represent the company at industry events and trade associations.
- • Evaluate market coverage and realign territories and resources for growth and efficiency.
- • Ensure compliance with contracts, pricing policies, and trade and regulatory requirements and oversee RFP and RFQ responses.
- • Direct domestic and international sales channels and key account programs.
- • Review profitability by product, customer, and region to inform investment decisions.
