Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate regional sales to deliver products and services to customers. Define territories, quotas, and goals; lead staffing, training, and coaching of local teams; analyze regional sales data to forecast demand and inventory; and monitor customer preferences to guide channel, pricing, and product focus.
  • • Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • • Monitor regional customer preferences and market trends to focus sales efforts.
  • • Define territories, quotas, and targets for the region.
  • • Direct and coordinate all sales activities across the region.
  • • Set or approve regional pricing and discounting within corporate guidelines.
  • • Review regional sales and operational reports to forecast revenue and profitability.
  • • Coordinate with operations, finance, and service to ensure accurate records and timely fulfillment.
  • • Partner with marketing and product teams on regional campaigns and customer requirements.
  • • Advise and coach dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures.
  • • Develop and manage the regional sales budget and approve expenditures.
  • • Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry associations.
  • • Plan staffing, training, and performance evaluations for regional and local sales teams.
  • • Visit key accounts and channel partners to expand programs and drive growth.
  • • Consult with strategic prospects on needs and recommend solutions.
  • • Lead and mentor local sales managers and their staffs.
  • • Ensure regional compliance, accurate CRM data, and timely bids, contracts, and credit processes.
  • • Assess market potential of territories and recommend adjustments to coverage, resources, or locations.
