Description
Lead and oversee multiple retail stores within a district to drive sales, profitability, and customer experience. Set store targets and quotas, align staffing and training programs, and ensure execution of merchandising, operations, and promotions. Analyze store sales and inventory data to forecast demand, optimize labor and stock levels, and respond to customer preferences and local market trends.

- • Oversee store managers and their teams, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- • Ensure accurate records of sales, inventory, payroll, compliance, and credit collections.
- • Lead new store openings, remodels, and closings within the district.
- • Assess trade areas and store performance to recommend relocations, expansions, or marketing investments.
