Lead national sales strategy and execution to drive revenue and market share across U.S. regions. Define territories, quotas, pricing, and channel programs; direct regional sales teams and training. Analyze nationwide sales data to forecast demand, align inventory and distribution, and respond to customer and market trends.
  • • Resolve escalated customer and key account issues.
  • • Monitor national customer preferences and market trends to focus sales efforts.
  • • Direct and coordinate nationwide sales activities across products, channels, and regions.
  • • Determine national price schedules, discount rates, and promotional terms.
  • • Review national sales and operational reports to forecast revenue and profitability.
  • • Oversee sales operations, including CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
  • • Partner with marketing, product, finance, and supply chain to plan campaigns and align on demand and inventory.
  • • Advise dealers, distributors, and channel partners on policies and programs to ensure effectiveness.
  • • Prepare and manage the national sales budget and approve expenditures.
  • • Represent the company at national trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • • Plan headcount and direct staffing, training, coaching, and performance evaluations for regional teams.
  • • Visit key markets, major accounts, and partners to drive adoption of national programs.
  • • Engage strategic prospects to assess needs, shape solutions, and negotiate terms.
  • • Oversee regional sales managers and their teams to achieve quotas and KPIs.
  • • Direct sales administration to manage bids, RFPs, contracts, credit, and collections.
  • • Ensure compliance with company policies and state-specific regulatory requirements.
  • • Assess regional market potential and recommend territory design, coverage models, and resource allocation.
