Description
Lead and optimize inside sales operations to drive revenue through phone, email, and digital channels. Set territories, quotas, and sales processes; hire, train, and coach inside reps; and manage pipeline, forecasting, and pricing. Use CRM analytics to evaluate sales potential, align with marketing on lead generation, and ensure timely order processing and customer experience.
- • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

- • Plan staffing levels and direct training and performance evaluations for inside sales teams.
- • Run call blitzes and outbound cadences to generate and accelerate pipeline.
- • Conduct discovery calls and virtual demos to assess needs and recommend solutions.
- • Supervise team leads and account executives; track daily activity and KPIs.
- • Maintain CRM hygiene and lead pipeline reviews, forecasting cadence, and deal progression.
- • Coordinate coverage across time zones and inbound/outbound queues to meet response-time goals.
- • Analyze lead sources, customer segments, and territory performance to optimize investments.
