Description
Lead and manage a U.S. post office, directing daily operations, retail and delivery services, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and customer service to ensure timely, secure, and efficient mail processing.
- • Direct and supervise processing of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- • Oversee retail operations, delivery routes, and customer service counters.
- • Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
