Analyze and audit government property and contractor activities to ensure compliance with contracts, laws, and internal policies; conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend corrective or enforcement actions.
  • • Prepare correspondence, audit reports, and recommendations for corrective or enforcement action.
  • • Examine contracts, asset records, and transactional data to detect discrepancies and noncompliance.
  • • Monitor compliance reviews and investigations to ensure procedures meet legal and policy requirements.
  • • Collect, validate, and preserve documentation and evidence supporting findings.
  • • Review product and service deliverables for compliance with contract specifications and regulatory standards.
  • • Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and law enforcement partners on compliance matters.
  • • Provide testimony or expert support in hearings or proceedings regarding compliance findings.
  • • Audit contractor custody and use of government-owned property to prevent misuse and ensure contractual compliance.
  • • Recommend administrative or legal actions to mitigate risk and protect organizational assets.
  • • Coordinate sampling, testing, or third-party assessments to validate compliance.
  • • Conduct desk and on-site compliance reviews of facilities, projects, or assets against contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • • Investigate alleged licensing, permitting, or policy violations and document outcomes.
  • • Review and validate applications for licenses, permits, or certifications for regulatory compliance.
