Description
Coordinate and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and donor outreach for an organization. Manage logistics, donor data, and materials; support solicitations and awareness efforts to meet revenue and engagement goals.
  • • Attend community events, meetings, or conferences to promote the organization and solicit donations or sponsorships.
  • • Contact corporate representatives, government officials, and community leaders to raise awareness of programs and funding needs.
  • • Create, update, and segment donor databases and CRM records.
  • • Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials and web content for campaigns and events.
  • • Assist in developing fundraising plans that maximize participation and control costs.
  • • Coordinate annual giving, direct mail, email, and peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • • Implement tactics to encourage new or increased contributions.
  • • Coordinate web-based fundraising activities, including donation pages, online auctions, and social appeals.
  • • Coordinate and support volunteers and event staff.
  • • Track fundraising goals, budgets, and KPIs; monitor campaign progress.
  • • Plan and manage logistics for fundraising events such as auctions, galas, walks, or golf outings.
  • • Recruit and confirm sponsors, participants, and volunteers for events.
  • • Secure commitments of donations or participation from individual and corporate donors.
  • • Solicit cash or in-kind contributions and manage recognition benefits.
  • • Draft appeal letters, emails, press releases, and talking points to increase awareness.
  • • Compile and prepare materials for grant and funding submissions; maintain grant calendars.
  • • Conduct prospect research on potential donors’ interests, capacity, and giving history.
  • • Coordinate transportation and delivery of event materials, supplies, and auction items.
  • • Develop and maintain media and influencer contact lists.
  • • Prepare event collateral such as envelopes, bid sheets, signage, and gift bags.
  • • Schedule and secure speakers or presenters for events and community meetings.
  • • Generate and send timely donor acknowledgments and tax receipts.
  • • Maintain accurate records of gifts, pledges, sponsorships, and in-kind donations; process donations.
  • • Liaise with finance to reconcile revenue and produce reports.
  • • Prepare reports and presentations on campaign results and donor activity.
