Oversee the strategy, delivery, and evaluation of organizational wellness programs and services. Manage budgets, facilities, vendors, and a multidisciplinary wellness team to ensure safe, engaging, and cost-effective offerings.
  • • Oversee tracking and analysis of attendance, participation, and outcomes for wellness programs.
  • • Ensure access to individual wellness or nutrition counseling; provide guidance as needed.
  • • Oversee maintenance of wellness and fitness equipment and facilities.
  • • Direct marketing and communications to promote healthy lifestyles and program participation.
  • • Lead needs assessments and satisfaction surveys to inform program design.
  • • Oversee preventive health screenings and immunization events with provider partners.
  • • Plan and oversee wellness events such as runs, walks, and challenges.
  • • Establish SOPs and training to ensure safe equipment use and demonstrations by staff.
  • • Manage wellness and fitness facilities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
  • • Oversee scheduling and maintain records, dashboards, and compliance reports.
  • • Lead staff training, development, performance management, and continuing education.
  • • Design a balanced class portfolio and schedule aligned with participant needs and trends.
  • • Recruit, supervise, and coach wellness specialists, instructors, and health educators.
  • • Ensure high-quality group classes through staffing, scheduling, and quality oversight.
  • • Select and manage contractors and vendors for wellness services and events.
  • • Serve as primary contact for program inquiries; coordinate public and media responses.
  • • Approve and optimize new offerings to improve outcomes, drive engagement, and control costs.
  • • Develop and manage budgets and strategic, operational, and purchasing plans.
  • • Develop, implement, and scale integrated wellness programs and services.
  • • Analyze claims, HRA, and population health data to tailor programs to target groups.
  • • Coordinate educational sessions, blood drives, and CPR/first-aid trainings.
  • • Monitor and report on cost-containment, utilization, and ROI of wellness initiatives.
  • • Oversee digital platforms, content, and webinars; ensure accurate data in systems.
  • • Evaluate program effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
