Coordinate wellness programs and services that promote healthy behaviors. Support and train wellness staff or contractors, manage schedules and logistics, and track program outcomes.
  • • Track attendance, participation, and outcomes for wellness events and activities.
  • • Provide individual wellness or nutrition coaching and referrals.
  • • Coordinate maintenance and safety checks for wellness spaces and equipment.
  • • Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to drive program awareness and participation.
  • • Conduct needs assessments and satisfaction surveys to inform programming.
  • • Facilitate group wellness workshops or classes as needed.
  • • Coordinate and oversee vendors, instructors, and event hosts.
  • • Respond to participant and stakeholder inquiries about wellness services.
  • • Recommend and help implement new wellness programs or services.
  • • Assist in preparing and monitoring program budgets and operational plans.
  • • Plan and manage onsite health screenings and preventive services (e.g., blood pressure, flu shots).

  • • Provide basic orientations on fitness equipment or assessment devices when applicable.
  • • Ensure wellness and fitness areas are safe, clean, and properly stocked.
  • • Maintain schedules, records, and reports for wellness activities.
  • • Facilitate training sessions or in-services for wellness staff and volunteers.
  • • Build a diverse calendar of wellness and fitness classes and workshops.
  • • Coordinate schedules and communications with instructors, nutritionists, and health educators.
  • • Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, challenges, and incentive programs.
  • • Analyze insurance, claims, or HRA data to target high-need populations.
  • • Organize information sessions, blood drives, and first aid or CPR trainings.
  • • Monitor cost-containment initiatives and report on effectiveness.
  • • Use software and digital tools to manage websites, databases, newsletters, and webinars.
  • • Evaluate program effectiveness and prepare recommendations for improvement.
